1. Free 60-day extension
If you fail the official exam with a score below 80% of the pass mark (163 points), and you meet the condition below, your access isextended free of charge for 60 days.
- • Before the day of the official exam, score at or above the pass mark in this practice exam at least 10 times
2. Refund guarantee after two failures
If you fail the official exam twice and meetall of the conditions below, you may apply for a refund.
- • Your first official exam falls at least 7 days after the date you bought this service
- • Before the day of your second official exam, score at or above the pass mark in this practice exam at least 20 times
- • Submit the result notices (fail) for both official exams
- • Apply within 30 days of your second official exam
- Refund amount
- We refund the amount you actually paid. If you used a discount code or coupon, the refund is the amount paid after the discount.
- Documents required
- Both the free extension and the refund require a scan or photo of the result notice (fail) issued by OTAFF.
